Elvington Park Building Services is 25-strong team of committed and skilled individuals. Although based in Elvington at the heart of our community, we frequently work throughout the North of England, and we're always open to exciting new projects further afield.
We pride ourselves on our professionalism and attention to detail, from our first meeting, right through to handing over the finished project. We always strive to be punctual and ensure that our sites are safe, secure, clean and tidy.
Our clients are supplied with a detailed breakdown of costs, and we include a programme showing tasks and timescales so that customers are abreast of the works as they unfold.
We also give building progress reports to ensure that any agreed changes or disruptions to progress (such as from extreme weather) are brought to the client's attention.
Our clients are never in the dark regarding expenses and we never undertake work carrying additional costs without our client’s consent.
At the end of each project we like to supply our clients with a completion manual which is helpful for maintenance or if alteration takes place. This means that building materials can be matched and as-fitted drawings show where the services are run. We provide this high-calibre level of service as standard.

Elvington Park Building Services has a keen interest in all modern methods of construction, none more so than those that are friendly to the environment. Working with our specialist partners we can offer renewable energy systems and other environmentally friendly options. We fit solar voltaic, solar thermal, ground source heat pumps and water harvesting systems. We consider it our duty to keep abreast of environmental issues in the construction industry.
All of our office and site waste is recycled. We have a responsible sourcing strategy and always try to use local suppliers to minimise the environmental impact of transportation.
All waste produced by Elvington Park Building Services is removed from site and segregated, once split into categories it is sent to the relevant recycling site. We always aim to minimise waste to landfill.
